Peruvian gastronomy has been recognized in recent years as one of the best in the world, due to its exquisite flavors and its immense variety. The cultural mixture, of the Peruvian with the Hispanic, African, Italian, Japanese and Chinese influence, has made one of the most attractive in the world.

Created by Peruvian immigrants who, missing their customs, traditions and families, saw no better way to feel more at home than to bring the food they missed so much and thus bring together all the people who felt the same nostalgia.
OWNER
RICHARD CERON
Since a very young age, the desire to improve was a constant in Nelson's life. That led him to emigrate to the United States in 1999. After working in various fields for ten years, he found himself faced with the dilemma of returning to the Peru he longed for or bringing part of Peru to the United States. That is why in 2011 he teamed up with his sister-in-law and they formed this dream called Leña y Carbón. Since then, he has worked hard to create a responsible and consistent brand that makes each Peruvian proud of their traditions and customs, in this distant country.

At Leña y Carón we are motivated to see our guests satisfied by the exquisite flavors of our dishes and by the variety we offer within the vast diversity of Peruvian cuisine. With a warm service and always trying to maintain ties of fraternity that make them feel more and more at home.
VISION
Leña y Carbón dreams of bringing Peruvian gastronomy to every corner of the United States, maintaining the traditional flavors and aromas of Peru in each of its dishes and in that way the flavors speak about our history and our customs.
